About the course

Buddho Level 2 really expands and develops your practice of Buddho in a powerful way. The Buddho system really comes alive at this level.

A further empowerment is given, further activating the chakras, and the next two cycles of the Buddho meditation are taught, now giving students five cycles to work with.

The Chi Nadi form is extended and builds on the work completed at level 1 which now incorporates the use of mantra and visualised meditation devices within the form itself.

Mantra and yantra use is developed further and the relationship between the two is explored. Two mantras and yantras used in healing and meditation are introduced at this level and distant healing techniques build on the use of these meditation devices. The origins of symbols two and three from the Reiki system are explained and then explored as aids to meditation. The Vajra Guru Mantra is introduced as a core component within the Buddho system. The VGM in combination with visualisation methods and techniques for mapping the mantra on to the body allows the practitioner to generate a huge field of energy within themselves, extending it outwards to envelope the body, impacting on the surrounding area, thus creating a field of healing energy.

In a healing context, working with nadis and marma points is developed through the use of point pulse. These techniques can be combined with any techniques already developed in an exploration of the Reiki system. Further methods of working with the system of Buddho in a healing context are explored.
