Course Outline

Join the Art and Meditation for Health and Well-being weekly class and enhance your physical and mental health as well as have a lot of FUN! Both beginners and those with experience are welcome. The class combines the healing power of art and meditation to help you achieve a state of inner peace and tranquility. You'll also have lots of fun and connect with like-minded people in a mutually supportive environment. The two-hour sessions are held every Monday. You'll have ample opportunity to improve your skills in imaginative and observational drawing, while also experiencing the benefits of a variety of meditation techniques for your overall well-being. We will be working on a variety of different themes to extend your creative abilities and bring a sense of accomplishment to your artistic endeavours.
