This course is designed to help you build a steadier, more supportive relationship with your body, mind, and day-to-day experience. Living with pain or long-term health conditions can be incredibly demanding, but there are skills you can develop that make space for calm, confidence, and greater ease.
Through guided practices, supportive reflection, and gentle presence, you’ll discover practical ways to meet what’s happening in your body with more clarity, care, and resilience.
When pain becomes part of daily life, it can feel like it touches everything, from your energy and mood to your sense of agency. This course offers a path that reconnects you with choice and compassion, helping you work with what’s happening instead of feeling like you’re stuck inside it.

Wherever you’re starting from, this course can meet you there, with flexibility, warmth, and respect for your pace.
The course is structured around five foundational practices that support both body and mind:
Use the breath to calm your nervous system and create internal space.
Understand your thought patterns and work with them more gently.
Ease internal struggle and allow space for what’s already here.
Create a space for rest that’s kind, spacious, and free of pressure.
Rebuild trust in your body and relate to yourself with more care.
This short practice offers a gentle way to reconnect with your body and breath, no pressure, just a moment of steady support.
Over the past decade of working with people living with pain, I’ve consistently seen how approaching ourselves with gentleness opens the door to real change, both physically and emotionally. The practices in this course are ones I’ve used in my own life. This is about showing up as you are, with honesty and care, and discovering what becomes possible from there.
Practices are adaptable. You’re welcome to sit, lie down, or move as needed. Your comfort and choice come first.
This course supports your whole experience, body, heart, and mind. You’ll be guided in ways that hold space for all of it.
You may be invited to retrain in Reiki Jin Kei Do, or we can assess your meditation background. Please contact us to discuss.
