Over the past decade of working with people living with pain, I’ve consistently seen how approaching ourselves with gentleness opens the door to real change, both physically and emotionally. The practices in this course are ones I’ve used in my own life. This is about showing up as you are, with honesty and care, and discovering what becomes possible from there.

Do I need to sit still or move in specific ways?

Practices are adaptable. You’re welcome to sit, lie down, or move as needed. Your comfort and choice come first.

This course supports your whole experience, body, heart, and mind. You’ll be guided in ways that hold space for all of it.

You may be invited to retrain in Reiki Jin Kei Do, or we can assess your meditation background. Please contact us to discuss.

This is not a lineage based practice, but is grounded in well-researched mindfulness approaches. It works alongside your healthcare, offering an additional layer of support.
